My Zen Studio is located in the charming Whitby Shores area.The address is 2 Channel Drive, Whitby, Ontario, L1N 9R6, Canada. It is 20 minutes East of DVP and 401. Please note I am opened by appointment only. No walk-in.

My vision is about assisting you in developing wellness in your life, which enhances and maintains your physical and mental health on an ongoing basis. It is all about prevention. It is preferable to schedule your appointment two weeks in advance to assure a greater availability. Please note that you will be contacted over the phone for credit card information, as it is required at the time of booking.

It is a good thing to discuss your preferences or personal requirements at the time of reservations prior to your visit. I will do everything possible to accommodate your schedule and personal preferences. 24 Hours Cancellation Policy.

Directions:
Coming from the East or West of Whitby? From the 401, exit at Brock Street (exit 410)
Take Brock Street South to Victoria (set of lights). Turn right (going Westbound) on Victoria
Pass 2 sets of lights and turn left at the third one on Bay Side Gate. Going South on Bay Side Gate, pass one stop sign. Turn right on the next street called Portage Trail.
Turn on the first street on your left Channel Drive, I am at 2 Channel Drive, the last property at the end of the north side of the street. If you have any problems just call me at 289-314-5736. Important information

Please be on time: IF YOU ARE LATE, that time will be deducted from your appointment. You will be charged the full price. Give yourself enough time to find us, go to the washroom, change and complete a medical history form.

Booking appointments: Schedule your appointment preferably one week in advance to assure a greater availability. Please note that credit card information is required over the phone at the time of bookings.

24 Hours Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to other clients, if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is mandatory for a single treatment and 48-hour notice is required for 2 hour appointment or multiple treatments. You will be charged 50% of each service price if you change your appointment without the minimum notice and if you had a gift certificate, it will be voided. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. “No Shows” will be charged the treatment price.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for 6 months and must be redeemed BEFORE THE EXPIRING DATE. Expired ones will not be honored. Gift certificates are not refundable, exchangeable nor transferable.

Your comfort matters: Please be totally comfortable during your treatment. If I can enhance your Zen experience, please feel at ease to let me know during your appointment.

Clothing during Shiatsu Therapy: Clients remain fully clothed during Shiatsu. Bring comfortable clothing such as track pants and T-shirt.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatments. It is a personal matter and usually should reflect your satisfaction level. 15% is customary.
